Baby Dedication

New Hope Church requires you to carefully watch a ten minute video to clearly explain and answer any questions you may have regarding dedicating your child. Once you complete this form the video will be sent prior to scheduling your Baby Dedication.
We are delighted that you are committing yourself and your child to the Lord. May God bless you and guide you in the years to come.
