As we near the close of the year, it's so easy to forget the basics of what it means to be close to Jesus. We find ourselves fatigued from the many things required of us and can begin to atrophy towards a lazy attitude. That kind of attitude can even find its way into our relationship with Jesus. Staying close to Jesus is not only challenging, but it is a must.
